# Licence

The text and data on this site are licensed under the [Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) licence (CC BY 4.0), © Ardhendu Tripathy. You may share and adapt them for any purpose, including commercially, if you give credit, link to the licence and say whether you changed anything.

## What the licence covers

- The episodes and fact sheets, the reader guide and the overview.
- The game records: accepted events, messages and pinned plans, public board states, turn pages and replay data.
- The recorded model inputs and outputs (prompts, reasoning, tool calls), reconstructed requests, and the harness's system prompts and tool schemas.
- Every data file: `catalog.json`, the game manifests and the `.jsonl` files.

## What it does not cover

- **The board image** (`/assets/pandemic-board.jpg`). It is the publisher's artwork from the commercial board game, shown as the replay's backdrop. It is not licensed to you by this site.
- **The game's name and rules.** "Pandemic" names the board game whose rules these games follow; the name belongs to its owner, and its use here only says which game the agents played.
