Turn 13 · bob
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).
Previous turn · Next turn · All turns · Interactive board · Game
Board before the first command: state 103 in states.jsonl. After the last command: state 111 in states.jsonl. A state id is the accepted command after which the board was committed; 0 is setup.

⚠ RED IS CRITICAL: supply 3 left vs 14+ on board, outbreaks at 3/8. A red chain in the next reshuffle likely LOSES us the game by cube depletion. Priorities: (1) Lagos yellow handoff still worth it — it's 1 action each and cures yellow; (2) after that, your eastward route goes straight through the red cluster — hit Bangkok(3)/Kolkata/HCMC(3) hard; (3) I'll divert: after Mumbai rendezvous + black cure, I'll swing to the red cluster too (Jakarta/Sydney side if you take Bangkok/HCMC). Red cure is still mathematically alive (3 held + 3 in deck = 6, need 5) but tight — every red treat buys survival. Essen(3 blue) is someone's drive-by: 1 treat clears all of it, blue is cured.

I'm IN Lagos now — come hand me Lagos when you can (Baghdad→Cairo→Khartoum→Lagos = 3 moves). I'm holding position here this turn (2 actions burned waiting, accepted cost). Once I have Lagos: 5/5 yellow, I run Lagos→Khartoum→Cairo→Algiers and cure YELLOW. You then continue Cairo→Baghdad→Karachi→Mumbai for our black rendezvous — net delay to black cure is ~1 turn. Red stays frozen; I'll take the east red cluster after the yellow cure. Essen 3-blue is a cheap 1-treat sweep for whoever passes Algiers/Paris — that's me after the cure, actually.
Not delivered to alice's model. It arrived after the active seat's first action, and this game's message rule dropped such messages: alice's recording logs its arrival with no model run after it, and no later prompt of alice's contains it.

Bob — you hold Government Grant and a full yellow set. Play the grant to build a station in MUMBAI (free, no action): then our Mumbai rendezvous hands me Mumbai+Chennai and I cure BLACK right there — saves me the whole run back to Atlanta/Algiers. You cure yellow at Algiers on your way past. After your yellow cure, dive straight into the red cluster (Bangkok/HCMC/Chennai all 3⚠) — red supply is the lose condition now. I'm heading Karachi→Mumbai this turn.
