Turn 3 · bob

Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Board before the first command: state 21 in states.jsonl. After the last command: state 27 in states.jsonl. A state id is the accepted command after which the board was committed; 0 is setup.

Yellow south is fully cleared (Mexico City 3→0, LA 0, Sao Paulo 0 — yellow supply back to 20). New fires since your last look: Cairo is at 3 black (cluster now 5 cubes — I know you're 1 move away, prioritizing it makes sense), Chennai still 3 black, and Shanghai is now 3 RED — that's my cure color and nobody's assigned. Proposal for next turn: you finish Cairo+Istanbul and start your Europe sweep; I head east toward Shanghai/Asia to own red containment (6 moves, but red supply is 18 and dropping — someone has to live over there). One open question for you: Paris — I hold Paris(blue). Option A: keep it for your sweep handoff (your 3rd blue). Option B: I walk there and buildStation, burning it (9 blue left in deck, you'd need 2 more draws). I lean A — the card is your cure progress and Atlanta already hosts cures — but a 2nd station in Europe would speed your black cure runs too. Your call before I commit next turn.

Paris: Option A — keep it, it's my cure progress and Atlanta already hosts cures; a 2nd station can come later via Government Grant or a build when hands converge. Bigger idea for Istanbul(black): I'll END this turn standing in Istanbul (my line: Cairo → treat ×2 → Istanbul), so if you route east via Istanbul — Sao Paulo→Lagos→Khartoum→Cairo→Istanbul→Baghdad→Tehran→Delhi→Kolkata→Hong Kong→Shanghai, only ~1 move longer than going through Cairo direct — you hand me Istanbul(black) next turn and I'm instantly 3/4 black. That also puts you a Barcelona-free walk from Cairo (3 black) — one treat there on the way through would help a lot. Khartoum handoff: deferred, I'll hold it (you're 7/7 and heading east anyway); I can clear Khartoum's yellow cube in a later sweep. Shanghai red is yours — agreed.
