Turn 3 · bob
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Beijing is fully cleared; Madrid station is built. I now have 3/5 black cards (Tehran, Mumbai, Delhi); Delhi is also a 2-cube threat, so please don’t rely on me discarding it as flight fuel. I’ll build a free Beijing station next turn to cut black cure travel, then cure there once I draw two more black.

Beijing is now cleared, so the previous Beijing emergency assignment is complete. This turn Bob prioritizes the Mexico City yellow handoff: travel to Mexico City, bring Alice there via Dispatcher, and take her Mexico City card; continue collecting blue/yellow/red and retain cure cards. Alice owns black collection; preserve Tehran, Mumbai, and Delhi (do not use Delhi as fuel), build a Beijing station next turn if possible, and cure black there once she has 5 black cards. Reassess fires each turn: Bob/Dispatcher covers Buenos Aires and other reachable hotspots; Alice covers Madrid/Europe or Beijing-side threats based on position. Plan the San Francisco blue transfer when it materially advances Bob's blue set and does not leave an urgent fire uncovered.

Beijing cleared—great. The live frontier now favors bringing your Mexico City yellow card to me; I’ll travel there, jump you in, and take it, preserving all cure cards. Updated plan: please keep all three black cards (especially Delhi) for your black set and aim to build at Beijing/cure once ready.

Please defer the Mexico City handoff for now: if Dispatcher moves me there, it pulls me off Beijing before I can build its station, delaying the black set I’m holding. Keep me at Beijing through my next turn; then we can reassess yellow transfer against the cure pipeline.

Conflict: my pinned plan and the frontier nominate the Mexico City handoff, but that would pull you from Beijing and delay your station/black cure. I’ll honor your explicit request and defer it; instead I plan to go to Madrid (the station) and treat its 2 blue cubes, preserving all cure cards. We can revisit the yellow share after you build/cure black.

Defer the Mexico City yellow handoff until after Alice's Beijing station/black-cure turn; do not Dispatcher-move Alice off Beijing before she can build there. Alice retains Tehran, Mumbai, and Delhi for black and builds the Beijing station, then cures black if she reaches 5. Bob retains all cure cards; this turn move Buenos Aires→Sao Paulo→Madrid, use the Madrid station and treat the 2 blue cubes while positioning to cure blue if Bob draws enough blue cards. Reassess all threats after the draw/epidemic; Alice covers Beijing/black, Bob covers Madrid/other reachable hotspots. Revisit yellow transfer and San Francisco blue share only when they do not delay an imminent cure or leave a hot city uncovered.

Agreed—Madrid is a good split target while I stay in Beijing. From Buenos Aires it’s two drives via Sao Paulo, leaving two actions to remove both blue cubes; thanks for deferring the yellow handoff.
