Turn 20 · alice

Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

I drew KARACHI — I now hold the FULL 5/5 BLACK and I'm on the Atlanta station. I cure BLACK as my FIRST action next turn = GAME OVER (blue+yellow+red+black all done). Your whole job this turn: SURVIVE the coming infect phase. Best survival move: CLEAR SYDNEY — it's a drawable 3-cube red bomb (not in the discard, so it CAN be drawn this phase), and red's cured so ONE treat wipes it. From HK: Manila→Sydney (2 moves) + treat = 3 actions. Knocking it out before the infect means it can't outbreak if drawn — removes a big chunk of the 2-outbreak risk. Kinshasa/Khartoum are also drawable 3-bombs but are in Africa, unreachable — skip them. After Sydney, hunker near a station. We're 6/8: if this one phase doesn't add 2 outbreaks, I win next turn. Don't strand yourself, don't touch anything risky — just defuse Sydney and hold on.

Clearing Sydney now (the one reachable drawable 3-bomb — red's cured so 1 treat wipes all 3). Heads-up: Kinshasa + Khartoum are ALSO drawable 3-bombs this phase and are Africa-unreachable — if the draw hits BOTH we could still lose, but clearing Sydney removes the third and cuts the risk. After this infect phase, you cure BLACK first action = WIN. Hunkering after Sydney. Executing.

Confirmed it's still Alice's turn (she's at Manila en route to Sydney). My board is set: I hold all 5 black cards (Moscow, Riyadh, Istanbul, Delhi, Karachi) on the Atlanta station, with blue/yellow/red already cured. Nothing more to add — Alice is executing the Sydney defuse correctly. When my turn comes, my first action is discoverCure black — the 4th cure — which wins the game, provided the coming infect phase doesn't push us from 6/8 to 8/8.
