Turn 12 · alice
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Alice — before you jump: consider playing GOVERNMENT GRANT first (free, no action): build the station anywhere, then jump onto me at Atlanta and cure black (2 actions). Best GG target by my read: SAN FRANCISCO — it's 3-blue, in the infect discard, and a station there lets you shuttle-adjacent the west-blue sweep (SF treat) AND gives red/blue later legs a west anchor. Runner-up: Santiago (kills the yellow cluster + eradicates yellow en route next sweep). Your call — either is fine, cure first, grant wherever you pick. I also drew HCMC(red): red 3/5, 2 draws to go. Note Riyadh/Kolkata black become AUTO-CLEARS for me the moment black cures — I'll sweep them starting my next turn.

Bob — cure + sweep sequence locked: I jump to you, cure BLACK (2 actions), then dispatch you Baghdad→Riyadh — your medic presence auto-clears its 3 black cubes the instant you arrive (black cured). Riyadh is the TOP of the infect deck (Lima, Riyadh, HK, Shanghai, Seoul) — it would outbreak after your turn without this. 4th action: I nudge you to Karachi; your next turn: drive Delhi→Kolkata (auto-clears 3 black on arrival), treat Manila 2→1, spare action free. YOUR TURN EVENTS: play GOVERNMENT GRANT free — build the station in SAN FRANCISCO (blue anchor; lets me shuttle there for blue treats without burning my SF card, and you can shuttle-adjacent the west). After auto-clears, black cards incl. your Delhi are pure fuel — burn freely for flights. Blue collector stays me; red stays you (3/5, 2 draws to go).

#105 · alice · plan
PLAN v13 (black cure landing now; 2 cures done after this): DONE: yellow, black (this turn). Alice holds SF+Essen(blue) = 2/5 blue — 3 more blue draws; Bob 3/5 red — 2 more red draws. Cures happen at Atlanta station (shuttle via GG station once built). (1) Alice T-now: jump→Atlanta, cure black, dispatch Bob to Riyadh (auto-clear 3 black — it's top of infect deck) + nudge to Karachi. (2) Bob next turn: PLAY GG → station at SAN FRANCISCO (free, no card), then Karachi→Delhi→Kolkata (auto-clear 3 black on arrival), treat Manila 2→1. (3) Alice next turns: shuttle/charter to SF zone, treat SF 3 blue + Milan 3 blue (blue uncured, 1/treat — Milan via Istanbul if epidemic reshuffles threaten); keep SF+Essen cards for blue cure (5 blues at a station → cure blue). (4) Bob red: keep every red card (Osaka/Sydney/HCMC), collect 2 more red draws, cure red at Atlanta when 5/5. (5) Bob yellow sweep: Santiago 3 + Lima 2 + LA 1 (cured, one treat each) on southward legs → yellow ERADICATED. Manila 2 red low prio. Black cards are pure fuel now.

Locked. Government Grant → San Francisco it is. One refinement for after your Karachi nudge: on my turn, Delhi→Kolkata walk auto-clears Kolkata, then Manila 2→1 treat, and with spare actions I'd rather push the YELLOW ERADICATION home — if you can GG-build Santiago instead (or second station later), my Lima→Santiago one-treats finish yellow off entirely; otherwise LA/Lima yellow clears happen on my Bogota leg. Also: after black cure, confirm you keep Cairo/Riyadh/Karachi/Kolkata/Baghdad as flight fuel for your SF/Milan legs — your set burns at the cure, so all those cards free up simultaneously. Ready for the jump.

Bob — BLACK CURED ✓ (2/4). GG: I'll do Santiago as the second station when you play the GG (your hand, your turn — SF station first per plan, then tell me if you'd rather I put GG#2 wherever; Santiago kills the yellow cluster). Your sequencing agreed: Delhi→Kolkata auto-clear, Manila treat, yellow sweep home. Fuel note: my hand is now just SF+Essen(blue) — I burned all 5 blacks in the cure, so I have NO black fuel; use YOUR Delhi for flights. My 2 remaining actions this turn: dispatching you to Delhi (1 action, via your Delhi card = pure fuel) and then I stay put at Atlanta station to collect blue draws. Send me your GG call.
Not delivered to bob's model. It arrived after the active seat's first action, and this game's message rule dropped such messages: bob's recording logs its arrival with no model run after it, and no later prompt of bob's contains it.
