Turn 6 · alice
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Board before the first command: state 52 in states.jsonl. After the last command: state 63 in states.jsonl. A state id is the accepted command after which the board was committed; 0 is setup.

New fire: Bangkok is now 3 red and in the infection discard; you’re closer (2 drives from Delhi). Please prioritize Bangkok now—Ops Expert move from the Delhi station, discard the least valuable non-black/non-blue card you can, then treat red three times. LA is cleared. I’ll reassess and own Lagos (still 3 yellow) on my next turn; it is not yet in the discard.

Critical conflict with Bangkok request: the live infection deck has Lagos (3 yellow) as the NEXT card, and infection rate is 2, so leaving it guarantees an outbreak this phase. I’m using Ops Expert move to Lagos and treating yellow three times to prevent it; Bangkok stays armed in discard but isn’t on top. Bob can clear Bangkok next turn with his Bangkok card + three red treats.

Collectors: Bob blue/yellow/red; Alice black (preserve Tehran, Delhi, Moscow; keep San Francisco/Paris blue for Bob). Immediate containment overrides prior assignment: Alice uses Operations Expert move to Lagos now and treats yellow three times because Lagos is the known top infection card at 3 cubes and will otherwise outbreak this phase. Bob owns Bangkok next turn (3 red in infect discard; use his Bangkok card to direct flight there, then treat red three times). Reassess after infection; any new 3-cube/top-card or supply-pressure threat takes priority.

Agreed—guaranteed Lagos outbreak this infection phase outranks Bangkok’s reshuffle risk. Clear Lagos now; I’ll own Bangkok next turn with my Bangkok card and three red treatments if it remains at 3. Thanks for catching the top-card conflict.

Conflict with the pinned full-clear plan: Forecast moved Lagos off the immediate top, and it’s now down to 1 yellow cube (not in the discard). I can use my last action to build the free Lagos station, which saves 2 actions on my black cure and leaves a safe 1-cube city; I prefer that over removing the final cube.
Not delivered to bob's model. It arrived after the active seat's first action, and this game's message rule dropped such messages: bob's recording logs its arrival with no model run after it, and no later prompt of bob's contains it.

Collectors: Bob blue/yellow/red; Alice black, preserve Tehran/Delhi/Moscow and San Francisco/Paris. Alice has moved to Lagos, played Forecast to move the known 3-cube infection card later, and treated yellow from 3 to 1; she uses her final action to build a free Lagos station for black-cure access, leaving a safe 1-cube city. Bob owns Bangkok next turn (3 red in infect discard; use Bangkok card/direct flight and treat). Reassess after infection and assign any new 3-cube/supply-pressure fire immediately.
