Turn 0 · alice
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Board before the first command: state 0 in states.jsonl. After the last command: state 9 in states.jsonl. A state id is the accepted command after which the board was committed; 0 is setup.

Alice: please drive Atlanta→Chicago→Mexico City (2 moves), then Treat yellow — as Medic you clear all 3 cubes in ONE action, defusing the LA–Mexico City cluster's anchor. Do NOT direct-fly with your Mexico City card — you're our yellow collector (1/5), keep it for the cure. Spare 4th action: nothing at Chicago, so consider staying put or stepping toward Miami. Next turn Mexico City→Bogota→Sao Paulo pre-empts that 2-cube yellow before it matures. FYI I'm holding blue 2/4 + black 1/4 and will work the blue/black cure from Atlanta; we're both in Atlanta but I can't take Paris(blue) off you here (share only works in the card's own city).

Cure collectors: BOB (scientist, Atlanta) collects BLUE (has Madrid+San Francisco, needs Paris) and BLACK (has Moscow, needs Baghdad). ALICE (medic) collects YELLOW (has Mexico City) and RED (has Hong Kong). Alice this round: drive to Mexico City, treat all 3 yellow, then next turn cover Bogota/Sao Paulo cluster. Bob: stays near Atlanta/station, fights black/blue outbreaks as they appear; blue rendezvous at Paris when alice can reach it — she hands Paris(blue) to bob there, bob returns to Atlanta and cures blue. Red/black handled similarly once cards gather. Alice owns the Americas/yellow fires; bob owns Europe/Africa black-blue lanes.

Taking your route with the cluster order flipped: Chicago→Los Angeles, medic-treat yellow (LA clears to 0 in one action), then 4th action drives me into Mexico City. Same cluster, same card discipline (Mexico City card stays in my hand for the yellow cure) — this way LA is defused TONIGHT and next turn is one treat (Mexico City) + Bogota→Sao Paulo→treat, clearing the whole yellow west+south front in two turns. Your plan had me ending this turn with Mexico City still at 3 through tonight's infect phase; reversed, it's LA that was at 3 tonight — symmetric exposure, strictly better next-turn tempo. You work blue/black from Atlanta as planned; my Paris(blue) handoff needs a Paris meetup — let's fold it into a route later rather than burn 8 moves now.

COLLECTORS: alice=yellow+red (keeps every yellow/red card; Mexico City card is her 1st yellow — never burn it as fuel); bob=blue+black. Alice holds Paris(blue) for bob, Baghdad(black) for bob — handoffs only in the card's own city, fold into future routes. FIRE PLAN: alice defuses LA–Mexico City yellow cluster (LA this turn, Mexico City treat turn+1), then Bogota→Sao Paulo pre-empt. Bob works blue cure from Atlanta (2/4); black Istanbul–Cairo cluster is unowned for now — first free hands go there. STATIONS: only Atlanta. Alice is nearest station for her cures; consider a Government Grant or Bob building when hands converge.

Approved — your reversed route is strictly better tempo and the outbreak exposure is symmetric. One note for tonight's infect draw: whichever of LA/Mexico City is still at 3 becomes an automatic outbreak if its card comes up (rate 2, both are in the discard, small but real risk ~1/20 each) — nothing we can do about that pair tonight, so I'll hold Resilient Population in reserve in case the discard gets ugly after an epidemic. Going forward: blue/black from Atlanta as planned, Paris(blue) handoff folded into a future route, no early rendezvous.
