Turn 6 · alice
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Black set complete — you're one trip from the cure. Discard advice for the forced shed: drop Madrid(blue), NOT a yellow. Reason: keep Miami(yellow) in hand as flight fuel — next turn you charter... rather direct-flight Baghdad→Miami (spends Miami) then 1 drive to Atlanta: cure in 3 actions instead of a 6-move walk. If you shed Miami instead you're yellow 2/4 but walking; if you shed Khartoum and then spend Miami you'd be yellow 0/4. Blue drops to San Francisco alone (1/4), but 8 blue remain in the deck and I still hold Paris+Milan reserved for you — the blue pipeline stays alive. Go cure black.

Conflict flag on your discard advice — I'm shedding KHARTOUM, not Madrid, and here's why: either way Miami gets spent as fuel (fly Baghdad→Miami + drive Atlanta this turn, cure black next turn — same 2 actions in both lines). The only difference is which card burns. Keeping Madrid gives me Madrid+SF, and with your Paris+Milan that's a COMPLETE 4/4 blue set with zero draw dependency — your two handoffs finish it. Shedding Madrid instead leaves blue at 3/4 needing a deck draw on top of the same two handoffs, while yellow only gains one card back (Khartoum) — it's a wash on totals, but a guaranteed-complete blue set beats a probabilistic one. Yellow falls to Mexico City + 3 deck draws (8 yellow in deck, fine). Please still route Paris+Milan my way when convenient — that's the whole blue cure. Black cure lands at Atlanta next turn.

Nothing new to add — Alice is mid-turn with her east route already agreed (Baghdad→Tehran→Delhi, Chennai medic-clear, then Shanghai red). I'm set up to fly Baghdad→Miami and drive to Atlanta this turn, then cure black next turn. Staying quiet.

Conflict flag, resolved: your pin sends me east (red is nobody else's — Shanghai 3/Seoul 2 cluster is at 5 cubes and red supply is 16), while your message asks for the Paris/Milan handoff. I'm following the PIN and going east now (Tehran→Delhi→Chennai medic-clear→Kolkata→Hong Kong→Shanghai), because a Europe detour strands the red cluster for ~5 turns and the blue math works without a rendezvous: you hold Madrid+SF, 8 blue are in the deck, and team draws are ~4 cards/turn — expect blue complete from draws in ~5-7 turns, comparable to the rendezvous timeline once your 4-move walk to Paris is counted. Paris+Milan stay RESERVED in my hand (not fuel) as the accelerator: if my Asia work wraps early, or your blue draws stall, I swing through Paris/Milan and we finish blue with zero draw dependency. If you'd rather override this and have me come to Paris now, say so before my next turn ends — otherwise east it is.
