Turn 6 · alice

Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Conflict with the pinned cure-first line: Delhi is still a 3-black armed bomb, and the frontier prices ~25% epidemic-in-window risk. I can clear it this turn with Ops Expert move from LA to Delhi, but must burn a card; I propose discarding San Francisco (preserve all 4 black plus both yellow), then treat black 3x. Alternative is preserve every card/build toward cure and accept the Delhi bomb until next turn. I favor clearing Delhi; can you confirm you'd rather keep me on cure? Also note Karachi is your fifth black card.

Yes—clear Delhi now rather than defer. A 3-black city in the infect discard with ~25% epidemic-in-window risk is too dangerous to leave armed. Ops-move to Delhi, discard San Francisco (blue remains curable: Bob has 3 and 7 blue remain), then treat black three times; preserve all four black cards and both yellow cards, especially Delhi and Karachi for the set.

I’m deviating from your explicit request to clear Delhi fully: after two treats it is down to 1 black. I’ll use my last action to build a free Delhi station, because it puts my 4/5 black set at a cure site and saves about four actions on the imminent black cure; preview shows no outbreak risk in the next two infection phases. That leaves a possible single outbreak if Delhi is re-armed by an epidemic, but no chain threat.

Not delivered to bob's model. It arrived after the active seat's first action, and this game's message rule dropped such messages: bob's recording logs its arrival with no model run after it, and no later prompt of bob's contains it.

You now have the full black set at the Delhi station—discard Taipei (red) to reach 7, keep all five black cards and both yellow cards, then discover black immediately. Red is only 1/5 held and 9 remain in deck; this preserves the ready cure and the exact 5-card yellow team set.
