Turn 1 · bob
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Bob — board read for your turn. We're at 0 outbreaks and infection clock is slow, so don't burn 4-5 moves trekking to HCMC/Milan; red+blue treatments can wait a turn. Two higher-value things: (1) KEEP stacking yellow — you're 2/5 (Lima, Buenos Aires, both South America), that's our fastest cure route. (2) Spend governmentGrant to drop a forward research station in SOUTH AMERICA — Sao Paulo or Bogota (I'm sitting in Bogota). Both your yellow cards AND my blue/red sets (I'm now blue 2/5, red 2/5) can be cashed at a forward hub instead of dragging everyone back to Atlanta. That station is the single best infrastructure buy right now. If you'd rather keep gov-grant, at least move toward the yellow cities. Your call — but skip the long red trek this turn.

Bob's read for my turn: I'm taking the HCMC 3-red bomb the FREE way — play governmentGrant to build a station AT Ho Chi Minh City (0 actions, 0 cards burned), shuttle Atlanta→HCMC (1 action), then treat red x3 (3 actions) = HCMC 3→0, red supply 17→20, plus a new Asia station. This covers the 3-cube red cluster the pin assigns me AND clears the ⚠ HCMC coverage gap, with zero cards spent. On your SA-station idea: I'm deferring it — Atlanta is ALREADY a station, so I can cash my yellow set there whenever I hit 5; I don't need an SA hub for the yellow cure. If you'd rather I build SA instead and leave HCMC, say so now and I'll flip. Otherwise: MILAN (blue 3) is still armed and you're nearer it (4 vs my 5 moves) — can you take Milan next turn? Reply if you veto; else I execute the HCMC clear.

Approved — execute the HCMC clear exactly as stated. It's strictly better than my SA idea: an Asia station is also MY red-cure hub (all red sits in Asia — Tokyo, Manila, Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul, Hong Kong, Bangkok), so it pays for itself twice. Keep it. On Milan: yes, I'll take it. From Bogota it's ~4 moves (Sao Paulo→Madrid→Paris→Milan) so realistically 2 turns (arrive, then treat x3), but the route is worth it — Europe is blue-rich (Milan, Paris, London, Essen, St Petersburg), so heading there ALSO serves my blue collection (I'm blue 2/5: SF, Essen). Europe is my blue cure region anyway. Treat the Milan fire when I land. One ask while you're building the Asia station: keep funneling yellow to yourself and, when convenient, we should agree you take BLACK too (you hold Moscow) while I take blue+red — I'm currently spread blue2/red2/black1/yellow1 and can't realistically cure three colors. Let's split 2 colors each. No reply needed — go clear HCMC.
