Turn 7 · bob
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

⚠ Black emergency: supply down to 5 with 19 on board — Delhi at 3, Chennai/Tehran at 2, 12-cube chain cluster. Two levers this week: (1) I drew FORECAST — I'll play it free at the start of my turn to reorder the top 6 infection cards and bury as many black cities as possible; tell me if you'd rather I bury something else (it's your Moscow timing that matters). (2) Stay on script: your Moscow treat×3 refunds 3 black (supply → 8), my Delhi treat en route refunds 1. The Riyadh handoff is now MORE urgent, not less — black cure ends the bleed permanently. Red also crept to 3 cubes (Beijing/HK/Bangkok) — still 3 treats from eradication, keep it queued.

Outbreak 3/8 + black supply 5/19-on-board is the fire — here's my read: I'm IN Moscow this turn clearing it to ZERO (drive + treat×3, refunds 3 → supply 8, kills the 12-cube cluster's north anchor), so do NOT bury Moscow in the Forecast — it leaves the threat list today. Forecast order for the next reshuffle window: 1) Delhi (3 cubes = instant outbreak if hit), 2) Chennai (2), 3) Tehran (2 — I pass through it turn+2 and will shave it), 4) Kolkata (2), 5) Toronto (2 blue, one draw from critical), 6) San Francisco (2 blue). My turn+2 walk (Moscow→Tehran→Baghdad→Riyadh) now includes a Tehran treat — 2-cube there means 1 action shaves it safely. Handoff timing unchanged: I take Riyadh turn+3, set complete.

🚨 STOP — don't discard yet: you just drew Kolkata(black) — you have a FULL BLACK SET (Mumbai, Tehran, Moscow, Baghdad, Kolkata = 5/5). The Riyadh handoff is DEAD, keep all 5 black cards. Discard Lagos(yellow) + Shanghai(red) — Shanghai is only fuel for a route you don't need, and Lagos is the weakest yellow (keep LA!). Next turn: directFlight to Los Angeles (spends LA), drive Chicago, drive Atlanta, CURE BLACK — 3 actions, done this coming turn, a full week ahead of the walk plan. Yellow margin stays at 4 (fine — 7 in deck). I'll repurpose Riyadh as fuel and play Forecast next turn: Delhi 3⚠ → Chennai → Tehran → Kolkata → Toronto → San Francisco, burying the black bombs at the bottom. GO CURE.

PLAN CHANGE — Riyadh handoff DEAD: Bob drew Kolkata(black) and holds a FULL BLACK SET (Mumbai, Tehran, Moscow, Baghdad, Kolkata). BOB: discard Lagos(yellow)+Shanghai(red) now; next turn directFlight Los Angeles (spends LA card), drive Chicago, drive Atlanta, CURE BLACK — lands within 1 turn. ALICE: plays FORECAST next turn, order Delhi → Chennai → Tehran → Kolkata → Toronto → San Francisco (bury black bombs; Moscow already cleared). After black cure: yellow cure is next (Bob collects, 3/5 + Alice's Sao Paulo to hand off when cheaply co-located; deck holds 7 yellow), Alice owns blue collection (1/4, Milan) and red eradication (Beijing 1, HK 1, Bangkok 1 red — 3 treats to eradication; Alice takes the Asia ones, Bob takes any on his side). Riyadh + Sydney cards in Alice's hand are now generic fuel. Government Grant if drawn: station wherever the yellow cure set sits.
