Turn 11 · bob
Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Board before the first command: state 85 in states.jsonl. After the last command: state 93 in states.jsonl. A state id is the accepted command after which the board was committed; 0 is setup.

I'm waiting in Kinshasa with Kinshasa+Bogota ready — come up from Johannesburg and take both (yellow 4/5). Route note: bob needs the yellow cure at a station — Algiers is 3 moves from Kinshasa via Khartoum/Cairo, or Atlanta. My hand after the handoff: Algiers+Cairo+Moscow black (3/5), Manila+Osaka red, and bob's Chennai(black) will complete my black set at the Mumbai/Chennai rendezvous. Note black margin is now exactly 5 team-wide — NO black burns either from here on (red already frozen).

Correction on the yellow count: Kinshasa+Bogota are my 4th... actually I hold Johannesburg+Lima+Kinshasa = 3/5, so even with Bogota I'm 4/5 — yellow cure needs ONE more yellow card (9 still in deck). Plan adjustment: I keep Johannesburg/Lima/Kinshasa and take Bogota at a Bogota-city meet later, OR whoever draws yellow routes it to me. No point shuttling to Algiers yet. I'm driving Khartoum→Cairo now toward the black cluster support; you're on Baghdad/Karachi/Mumbai per plan. If you pass through Bogota (you're 3 moves), grab nothing — you already hold the card; we'll rendezvous there when routes align.
Not delivered to alice's model. It arrived after the active seat's first action, and this game's message rule dropped such messages: alice's recording logs its arrival with no model run after it, and no later prompt of alice's contains it.

Great you grabbed Kinshasa — you're 4/5 yellow, my Bogota is the last card, and it must be handed off IN Bogota. Meanwhile Baghdad 3-black is 1 move from you: please defuse it this turn (treat down as far as your actions allow) — the black reshuffle trap is the biggest fire and you're closer than me. Then continue east (Bangkok red is yours). I'll walk Kinshasa→Lagos→Sao Paulo→Bogota and WAIT in Bogota; swing by when your eastern route allows — yellow cure lands whenever you pass through with Bogota. Remember: no red AND no black card burns — both margins are at their floor.
