Turn 3 · bob

Turns are zero-based. Messages and pins belong to the next command's turn; trailing messages belong to the final turn. A partner's overflow discard stays in the interrupted turn. Each event and model call below has its own anchor (#e<seq>, #d-<id>).

Heads up for the Cairo handoff: I'm at 7/7 hand cap (drew London+Essen blue). When you give me Cairo(black) I'll immediately shed a card — I'll burn ESSEN(blue) as my discard/fuel (blue is your color with margin; London I'll keep for a possible later meet or fuel). So the handoff works; come on over. After that I'll shuttle toward Algiers for the black cure push and can swing south for Johannesburg/Kinshasa yellow pulls if you're still north — say where you'll be.

Go ahead: give me Cairo(black) now — I'll shed Essen(blue) immediately as agreed. For your own forced discard, drop ONE of your two reds (Shanghai or Ho Chi Minh City) — it hurts our red set 3→2, but every other card in your hand is cure-relevant (blue x3, yellow, airlift), and red still has 7 cards in the deck. Keep the airlift. Then head south for the yellow cluster per plan.
